Duration : 13 Days / 12 Night
Destinations : Cochin - Alleppey - Kumarakom - Kovalam -

Day
01 : Arrival Cochin
On your arrival at Cochin you will be greeted by our
executive/representative and transferred to an ayurvedic resort. The
afternoon is for leisure and relaxation. In the evening consultations with
the doctors for Ayurvedic Treatment.
Over night stay at Cochin.
Day 02 to 08 : Cochin (Ayurvedic Resort)
You will undergo your Ayurvedic Rejuvenation Course at the Ayurvedic
Resort Treatment Centre for the required number of days as advised by the
Doctor.

Day 09 : Cochin to Alleppey (64 kms)
Morning after breakfast, check out from the resort and drive to Alleppey.
Alleppey is one of the major centers for backwater boat trips. The
intricate network of canals through this town has earned it the sobriquet
"The Venice of the East". At Alleppey board a private house boat
and then cruise through the narrow canals and wide lakes enjoying the
scenic natural beauty - coconut trees, rice patties, small villages. Food
and over night stay on the houseboat.
Day 10 : Alleppey - Kumarakom (Backwater ride)
Morning after breakfast, relax on houseboat, and by this time you would
have reached Kumarakom. Kumarakom- a place undoubtedly the most
invigorating, fascinating paradise in Kerala, slumbers on the banks of the
famous Vembanad Lake. On arrival, check in at the backwater resort, and
spend the remaining part of the day enjoying your stay on the banks of the
backwaters. Over night stay at Kumarakom.
Day 11 : Kumarakom to Kovalam (163 kms)
Morning after breakfast, check out resort and drive to Kovalam. Kovalam is
major tourist attraction of Kerala and the Kovalam beach, known, as the ‘Paradise
of the South’ is one of the world famous beaches and attracts all
beach lovers. -. On arrival, check in at the resort. The rest of the day
is at leisure for relaxation. Over night stay at Kovalam.

Day 12 : Kovalam
After
morning breakfast, the entire day can be enjoyed on the beaches of
Kovalam. The clean white sandy beach will arouse a temptation
irresistible, to lie idle on the sands and tan your body. You could get
into any of the Ayurvedic massage centres and indulge in a rejuvenating
herbal, body-toning massage and holistic therapies or you could go surfing
or swimming which are among the other water sports possible in Kovalam
beaches. Over night stay at Kovalam.
Day 13 : Departure: Kovalam to Trivandrum (13 kms)
After morning breakfast, check out of the resort and drive to Trivandrum
airport for your onward journey.
Ayurvedic Treatment programmes can be arranged for any
number of days as per requirements.
